Six levels of protection
Our numbered seals have an improved design
Hot pressing is used to fix the cap to the body of the tamper evident plastic seal. Any attempts to tamper with the mechanism will leave visible traces.
The massive plastic access channel is resistant to heat and mechanical action, preventing the locking mechanism from tampering.
Plastic access channel
The plastic strip acts as a protective base for the metal collet, and if it is broken, it will indicate tampering with the locking piece.
Plastic strip
The stainless steel collet, positioned within the plastic body, serves as a strengthening component and provides enhanced strength and stability.
Metal clamp
The polycarbonate insert, with increased heat resistance and durability, remains unmelted when exposed to high temperatures but will display visible signs of any attempt at heat tampering.
Transparent polycarbonate cover
The protective channel prevents the removal of the locking mechanism, and heat exposure will provide a visible indication of any tampering attempts.
Protection channel
The integrated plastic cover provides substantial reinforcement to the overall design and provides additional security and tamper-proof features.
Integrated modular design
Put the plastic security seal tail through the sealing holes.
Put the seal tail through the seal access channel and tighten it fully.
The numbered seal is installed and locked in position.
After examination for any sign of interaction, use pilers to remove the seal by cutting the plastic tail.
