If the item you bought is faulty or not of satisfactory quality, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to deal with your request and provide return instructions.
Returns will only be accepted in the original packaging and in like new condition.
New items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless incorrect or faulty goods have been supplied or an error has been made by Perfect Seals.
The customer is responsible for the return costs if they return the item for the reasons not related to the company and Perfect Seals products.
Customer refunds are processed within 7 days.
If you would like to exchange a product for a similar or different item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 days.
Personalised items or products with broken seals cannot be returned.
